We were delighted to welcome our Sixth Form students...

We were delighted to welcome our Sixth Form students to The Academy Theatre this morning to collect  their A-level results.

Head Boy, Evan Clancy (pictured with Rohith Unnikrishnan) was very happy to get his results (A*, A*, A, A, B) and “relieved that the hard work has paid off”. Evan is thrilled that he will be going to his first choice University, London School of Economics, to study Law. Head Girl, Katherine Marks (pictured) is heading to Hertfordshire University to study Early Years Education. Evan and Katherine have been fantastic ambassadors for The Academy; we are so proud that their hard work and determination has resulted in them both achieving their ambitions for Higher Education.

We would like to congratulate all of our Sixth Form students on their exam success across both A-levels and Vocational qualifications.  We have seen some exceptional results including 3 Distinction* grades for Michael Gillett who plans to complete an Apprenticeship with BA.

Director of Sixth Form, Mrs. Brady said: The Post 16 team are really proud of our results and we wish our students every success in the future.
