Living the Olympic and Paralympic Values
The Harefield Academy has already begun to embed the Olympic and Paralympic values throughout the school to ensure that the games really do leave a legacy for future generations. To this end, each House and the Sixth Form have taken one of the 7 values each and have begun to develop a project linked to the value.
The values assigned are:
Redgrave and Inspiration
Navratilova and Respect
Pele and Friendship
Grey-Thompson and Courage
Lewis and Determination
Coe and Excellence
The Sixth Form and Equality
