Students show respect on Remembrance Day

Students and staff at The Harefield Academy paid respect to the service men and women who lost their lives fighting for our country on Remembrance Day 2010.

Students across The Academy were mature and respectful, taking part in a themed PL, learning a little more about what Remembrance day is about. As 11am drew closer the sound of the harp and flute playing echoed through a calm Academy building. Aideen McHugh played the harp, accompanied by fellow Year 8 student Marcelina Trabszo playing the flute.
