Katie Prepares for the British
Sixth Former Katie Richardson has begun her quest to be the Senior Ladies British Ice Dance champion for 2012. Her first competition this season was at Bracknell in April where she achieved two second places. Two weeks later she competed in the Oxford Dance Open championships and achieved a first place in compulsory dance and a second place in the free dance section.
According to Katie, “Training is going well and these two events are good markers as to the shape I am in. My main focus is obviously the British championships, which I am really looking forward to on 26 June.”
