We''re trained to make better decisions
Last term over 80 students attended a training session on Shared Decision Making; this term it was the chance for staff to be trained.
The Grubb Insitute worked with staff to look at the importance of shared decision making and discussed examples of when this has happened within The Harefield Academy.
The members of staff who attended are now gathering research in order to feed back to all parties so we can improve on how we make decisions.
