Top Students Rewarded For an Excellent Year

Congratulations to the Top 10 Achievers from The Harefield Academy who have all been recognised for their hard work during last year and have added to the many successes of The Academy.

Reward points were built up over the course of the year for excellent work, helping each other, and for being all-round students and members of the community. The students who finished within the ‘Top 70’ in The Academy received cash recognition for their hard work, ranging from £20 to £70 each.

Assistant Principal, Mrs. Harding said: “Congratulations to all of the students who have been recognised for their hard work last year.”

The overall winner was Bradley Hayden from Coe House, now Year 8, who received a total of 530 reward points and no sanctions during the year. Between them the top 10 students earned a very impressive 4467 reward points.

Although it’s a huge number to improve on Mrs. Harding is confident this years final reward points will be even higher: “I’m sure that the current year will be even better than last year, with even more students aiming to improve across the whole of Academy life.”

Staff and students at The Harefield Academy are dedicated to working hard and rewarding for excellent achievement. “The students have been asked to think, will you be in the top 10 this year?"
