The Academy''s Big Draw 2009
This year’s Big Draw Competition was based around the theme of snowboarding.
Personalised Learning groups had to design their own snowboard including imagery and text focusing on any element of sports. Students worked as a team in their PL groups to compete for the winning prize. PL groups; Pele 1, Coe 1 and Lewis 6 were all highly commended within the competition.

All the designs were hung in the Cafe area, (above) and the overall winning snowboard design went to Coe 6 (below). Congratulations on your hard work!

Our most artistic students have also been busy entering this year's Christmas Card competition.
Music was the theme of this year’s Christmas card competition. The competition is an annual event and gives all students the opportunity to utilise their art skills in an imaginative and creative way.
