Research appropriate dishes for practical lessons. Write about your meals, who did you cook for, shopping list of the food, menus, how to serve and set the table, photograph the food made, wash up.
Evaluate your work and ask your family member or friend to write a short account of your meals.
Students will be designing and making healthy snacks for children including; smoothies, salads, oaty fruity cookies, muffins/fairy cakes.
Students will be designing and making breads from around the world including; pannini, pizza, Indian bread, English loaves, cinnamon swirls.
