The Harefield Academy Sports Day 2008 took place on Thursday 26th June at the Hillingdon Athletics Centre. Students competed in various events for their "Houses". The events included various distances on the track including relays, javelin, discus, triple jump, long jump, high jump, shot-put and fun events like the tug of war competitions and bouncy space hopper races. A good time was had by all students and staff and over fifty school records were broken, which was fantastic.

The Year 7 competition was won by Navratilova House, Year 8 was won by Pele House, Year 9 was won by Coe and Lewis Houses and Year 10 was won by Navratilova House.
The House which was the overall winner on the day was Navratilova!

Congratulations to all students who competed so excellently on the day and made it such a huge and enjoyable success.
