Gavin Massey played his academy football with Watford FC and attended The Harefield Academy from 2007. He gained his preofessional contract with Watford FC first team in 2010 and was loaned to Wealdstone, Yeovil Town and Colchester United. In 2012 Gavin joined Colchester United permenantly and has made over 100 professional appearances.
