Year 8  student Raahim Agha has been busy winning Tennis tournaments!

"I played two tennis tournaments over the weekend, one at Bishops Park Tennis Club and the other at Finsbury Park Tennis Club. In one I came to the semis of singles & doubles in a 16 & under Grade 3 which is the third highest ranked competition in GB. In my second tournament I won an 18 & under Grade 4 in Singles."

The scorelines in the first tournament were:

Round of 32 - Raahim Agha beat Benjamin Fitoussi - 6-0 6-0

Round of 16 - Raahim Agha beat Jago Bluett - 6-3 6-0

Quarter-Finals - Raahim Agha beat Josh Reynolds - 6-2 2-6 10-5

Semi-Finals - Seb Holden beat Raahim Agha 6-4 6-1

In Doubles:

Round of 16 - Bye

Quarter-Finals - Raahim Agha/Seb Holden beat Matteo Fuschillo/Adeoluwa Anifowose - 6-1 6-2

Semi-Finals - Mukhtar Andu/Oscar Jensen beat Raahim Agha/Seb Holden - 1-4 4-2 10-7

In my next tournament 18 & under Grade 4 Scorelines:

Quarter-Finals - Raahim Agha beat Samuel Constantinou - Walkover (due to injury)

Semi-Finals - Raahim Agha beat Max Skene - 4-3 (5-2) 4-0

Final - Raahim Agha beat Adil Rahman- 4-0 2-4 10-4
