THA Headteacher welcomes Year 5 in the sports hall
We were delighted to host the Year 5s from Harefield Junior School on Tuesday, 26th June.
The aim of the day was to give the students an insight into life in a secondary school.
The students experienced a taster of Key Stage 3 lessons in Science and English.
Each student also experienced a cookery session and made a delicious pizza muffin.

The afternoon was fun filled and we asked the students to choose from a range of 4 taster options: Basketball, Trampolining, Art or Coding.
The afternoon culminated in a certificate giving assembly with Ms Moriarty to acknowledge those students who had really demonstrated the THA values across the day!
Our staff were hugely impressed with their hard work and independence and we look forward to meeting them again soon!
Mrs Culham the Year 5 teacher commented that: 'The Year 5 groups had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every minute!'
