End of Year Reward Trip - Rock Assembly for Years 8, 9 and 10

End of Year Reward Trip

80 students from Years 8, 9 and 10 will be attending the Rock Assembly at Wembley on Thursday 11 July!

This trip is a reward as acknowledgement not only of the outstanding contributions students have made to The Harefield Academy across this school year, but for their impressive attitude to learning and/or for their commitment towards maintaining/improving their standard of attendance.

Rock Assembly 2019 is a fantastic end of term celebration pop concert and careers fair hosted by educational charity, The Transformation Trust. This is the 9th arena concert hosted by the Trust. Some fantastic artists and bands are performing in the concert. Previous artists have included, Professor Green, Lethal Bizzle, Ella Eyre, The Saturdays, The Wanted, Krept and Konan, and last year’s act, Mabel.

Latest updates are shared via twitter, so keep an eye open for #RockAssembly2019!

Although this will be a very loud and fun pop concert, the main aim of Rock Assembly is to inspire students to achieve their potential. The Futures Fair is an exhibition featuring universities and employers such as Barclays, Co-op, Dell, Sky, the BBC and many more. It’s a great way for our students to find out about opportunities and start thinking about what they are interested in and how they can be supported and guided towards their future career aspirations.
