Dear Parents/Carers and students

Many thanks for your patience over the last 2 days as we have worked hard to recover our IT systems.  I am pleased to report that we have managed to get the significant cyber attack under control and are restoring our IT functionality.

I appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you and hope very much that you will appreciate the efforts staff have gone to in order to provide continued learning amid challenging circumstances.

We have ensured that we have brought students back to school swiftly throughout the year as each lockdown has ended,  at no point  taking the offer of a delayed start or early finish to the term.  It is most disappointing for our dedicated staff, therefore, that we had to phase students in after the Easter break as a result of this unforeseeable incident. I am sure you already recognise how committed we are to supporting the process of resettling our students after such a challenging year.

We very much look forward to seeing everyone in the morning and thank you most sincerely for your understanding and support.

Kind regards

Tash Hurtado, Headteacher
