This portal must only be used by The Harefield Academy Staff.

STEP 1:

Type the following address into Internet Explorer,Google, Firefox or click on the link below:

https://remote.theharefieldacademy.org/RDWeb

You may need to run this in compatibility mode on internet explorer.

STEP 2:

Type in your in your username and password e.g.

‘Harefield\username‘
‘YourPassword‘

STEP 3:

Click onto the application that you want to use.

STEP 4:

It will ask you to log in again (same as previously).

STEP 5:

The application will then run,

Please be aware that it may run minimised.

Also allow Activex to run if asked by internet explorer.

STEP 6:

Remember to logout when you have finished.

If you are using an Apple Mac, Please contact the IT team and they will set this up for you.

If you have any issues with remote logon, please contact the IT Department.
